When your assignment is completed and it is time to go back home, assistance with closure of accounts services, memberships, etc. will be provided.  Comprehensive support will also focus on termination of your residence and ensuring maximum return of security deposit.

Temporary Living/Short Stay

Assist in finding a temporary accommodation solution for various budgets for transition stay from moving-on to next assignment or short-term projects. Accommodations range from short-term stay in hotels and weekly/monthly stay in serviced apartments.

Fully furnished apartments with services such as twice weekly cleaning and linen changes, these apartments comes equipped with kitchenette tend to be more spacious and affordable compared to hotel accommodations, making them suitable as a temporary "home away from home" choice of accommodation.

Lease Cancellation


  • Lease cancellation / termination notification
  • Accompanied walk through to record fair-wear-and-tear and/or damage

          and handover by Capstone Mobility representative

  • Review and check documentation
  • Negotiate the return of security deposit and assistance in obtaining refunds of outstanding deposits
  • Follow up with Landlord or Representative until deposit refund is received
  • Audit dilapidation report versus deposit refund amount
