Home Search
Housing requirements will be discussed and any questions regarding the residential leasing market in Singapore can be addressed. Property selection will be made based on your requirements and viewing will be arranged. Advice on final selection will be made and any property-related issues, assistance will be provided.
- Accompany Transferee on home viewings
- Negotiating rental contract to ensure favourable lease terms
- Translating rental contract if required
- Accompany the assignee on property walk through as well as conducting an inventory inspection to be signed by all parties
- Organizing the installation of all basic and auxillary utilities (electricity, gas, internet facilities, management fees, water, telephone, cable television)
